Returns: Unopened packages may be returned for a full refund, however it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage. Because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of used products (bottles and jars). (Including removal of the cork on the bottle, or evidence of use of balm/wax.) Returns are unavaliable for Sample Packs.
